Total: $5700.00 initial payment. 2) Afterwards: Rent is due on the 28th of the month prior to the month rented. EXAMPLE: July payment is due by June 28th. If paid on the 29th or there after, a loss of the $50.00 discount will apply. Rent is then $1900.00 plus $3.00 daily late fee.
